Eligibility & Details

Applicants must be income eligible. Currently, two or more individuals may apply for 2-bed units, with priority given to Veterans in accordance with the Veterans Pref­erence Ordinance. Households must earn no more than the maximum income levels of Area Median Income. Must be income eligible. 

40% AMI
1 person - $34,040; 2 persons - $38,880; 3 persons - $43,760; 4 persons - $48,600

50% AMI
1 person - $42,550; 2 persons - $48,600; 3 persons - $54,700; 4 persons - $60,750

60% AMI
1 person - $51,060; 2 persons - $58,320; 3 persons - $65,640; 4 persons - $72,900

80% AMI
1 person - $68,050; 2 persons - $77,800; 3 persons - $87,500; 4 persons- $97,200

 

Vouchers & Third-Party Subsidies

Applicants with vouchers or other third-party subsidies are welcome to apply. These units are subject to monitoring, compliance, and other restrictions by the City of Chicago’s Department of Housing.
